By placing an order with Blossom & Glaze Sweet Confections, you agree to the following terms:
Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
All Sales Final
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Pickup Policy
Orders must be picked up on the selected date and within the designated pickup window.
We are not responsible for orders that are not picked up at the scheduled time.
Cancellations & Changes
Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or rescheduled within 72 hours of the scheduled pickup date.
Product Care
Our desserts are delicate and perishable. Once an order is picked up, Blossom & Glaze is not responsible for any damage due to improper handling, storage, or transportation.
Allergens
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to: dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, and nuts.
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients and notifying us of any allergies prior to ordering.
Design & Product Variations
All products are handcrafted. Slight variations in color, design, and finish may occur and are part of the artisanal process.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.
